今年DIY 申请LCA，难道都要等7天了？去年都是当场online立刻生成一个LCA的文件，
就直接可以用了啊，不用等什么7天批准。现在这样的会不会不被批准？被拒的话，还
能在申吗？怪吓人的

刚才操作，最后submit以后的提示如下，
Important Notice: In accordance Federal Regulations at 20 C.F.R. 655.740(a),
where all required items on the ETA Form 9035E have been completed and the
form does not contain obvious inaccuracies, the Department is required to
make a determination to certify or not certify the form within 7 working
days of the date it is received by the Department [8 U.S.C. 1182(t)(2)
