Just contacted USCIS service center and was transferred to a Tier 2 officer.
My case:
PWMB
PD 05/2007
RD 10/2011
TSC
My case was still under very initial stage, where neither name check nor
background check has been initiated.
I will try to contact senator office now to see whether they can help to
expedite the process. Regardless, I don't expect any immediate result.
I was over optimistic by the approval results from this board. Yet the
reality is that I still need to wait who-knows how many months.
Desperately asking for blessing.

second, do you have a lawyer?
third, did they tell you why they haven't even started your name check? When
did you get your FP done? Were all fingers passed the scan?
forth, did you have complicated background, meaning you changed status many
time?
The part puzzles me is the name check part. Why did they delay this check?

Yes, my company lawyer did my case.
The name and information in the system are all correct based on the officer.
I did my first finger print in Oct and second in mid-Nov. My wife only did
once.
I received my EAD in early Dec.
I did not change job or company since I started filing GC. I was always
working in the same area, banking, since I graduated in 2004.
The officer said that there are many cases in the queue right now, some of
them are earlier than mine. It will take up to 9 months to have the case
processed, which is quite different from what I have heard from this board.

好象在这里听谁说L２说的也不一定准的。有人每次打，回答都不一样。
问问FBI你指纹第二次过了没？
你家离USCIS office远么？考虑过去infopass没？有人能得到详细点的信息，倒霉蛋
象我这样的得到的回答就是还在正常时间范围之内，其他的一概不说。
再不行就只好上senator了。

LZ，其实，你的case也算正常，officer也没胡说。大潮前的还有好多没批呢，既然，
你有EAD／AP了，也不用太着急。在等等吧!

Well, I concur that there are many cases in the queue. The part that upsets/
frustrates people is some with far later PD got GC while earlier ones
waiting with no apparent reasons (not in RFE, not stuck in name checking --
yours not even started yet -- if they told you the truth)

上周五晚终于听到一直期盼的手机收到message后的铃声，赶快上网查到
status 变为了 card production ordered. 等了差不多5年了，终于解脱了。
首先感谢大家的祝福和鼓励，特别是noles 老大无私分享他准备给senator
