My agent complained so many hours spend on my offer preparation, I wrote 5
offers since Jan,
It depends on different working style? It's true I want to drop 2-3 offer
recently. I don't know the detail, after I signed the contract, still need
several hours to summit it?

offer letter 都是标准的吧，几分钟搞定。

your agent doesn't want to do his business?? no agent will complain for
preparing offers!!
Offer package is easy to prepare, only takes a few minutes. Agents just
basically change a few items on each offer.

It's just hard to be a first home buyer, :-(,
Basically all agent just want to close a deal.
I don't know what's the detail, every time I signed contract, she send back
offer package to me several hours later...
