The previous CSR made a note under my account about the bonus MR points.
That CSR asked me to wait 6-8 weeks. I have been waiting for 8 weeks and
now they said that it is "high fraud end" for the bonus points. Need to
send an inquiry for corpation to decide if I can receive the MR points.
sigh... have to let it go. No MR bonus points at all and I spent $10K.....
