I have the similar situation. And following is the reply from our company's
lawyer regarding the situation. Hope it helps:
"The issue about the PD is not a big problem – and USCIS regularly gets
this wrong. If your PD was current now, we would simply file your I-485
with a copy of both I-140 approval notices so that USCIS could see that you
have an earlier PD to transfer. We would not even bother with trying to “
correct” the PD under those circumstances. However, since your PD is not
current, we’ll go ahead and try to correct the PD now. "
lawyer regarding the situation. Hope it helps:

TSC的去年发过一个email的template,专门针对这种情况, 只要把两个140approval的

(1) you don't like to read English
(2) it's too easy that you don't bother to answer
(3) it's too difficult that you don't know the answer
So I went to USCIS and found the answer myself from the official website.
Hopefully it'll help someone.
In general, if a petition is supported by an individual labor certification
issued by DOL, the priority date is the earliest date upon which the labor
certification application was filed with DOL. In those cases where the alien
’s priority date is established by the filing of the labor certification,
once the alien’s Form I-140 petition has been approved, the alien
beneficiary retains his or her priority date as established by the filing of
the labor certification for any future Form I-140 petitions, unless the
previously approved Form I-140 petition has been revoked because of fraud or
willful misrepresentation. This includes cases where a change of employer
has occurred; however, the new employer must obtain a new labor
certification if the classification requested requires a labor certification

我当时是485已交，relink485
律师发email to E**********[email protected]
Information includes:

很快就好了。
另外就是直接email to T**************[email protected] 你可以试试. 这两个email
address都有人check,每次都有reply, 虽然要过几天.
