来美国很久了，但是刚有SSN。申请Citi Forward没有电话或来信让我提供账单之类的
就直接被拒。据信上说：
“Unfortunately we are unable to approve the application at this time
because:
You have a permanent home address or permanent home telephone number outside
the United States. While out accounts may be used worldwide, we issue
accounts only to people who reside within the United States.”
这个太匪夷所思了。我申请信用卡时当然用的现在美国住址，不可能填上国内的住址或
电话。它拒信都寄到我家了，楞说我没居住在美国，奶奶的。
请教大家我打电话去argue会有用吗？还是拒了后说啥都白搭？
