小妹刚毕业，正在找工作，有一亲戚开了一家公司规模很可以，应该可以办H1B。请问
如果我自己花钱在亲戚的公司办了H1B，再去找工作会比没有H1B的人有优势吗？
据说H1B transfer和重申请一遍H1B是一样的，只是不用申请新名额了。但是，目前H1B名额还有很多，H1B名额已经不是限制了。不知道recruiter知不知道这个情况，如果知道的话，貌似有没有H1B也差不多的样子
请有经验的前辈指点！谢谢~

的高中低音都刚刚好，SJ33只是在低音效果表现得比较厉害，爱死M50了

yes, It is better than NO H1B
get H1B from your relative, after couple of month, just jump

H1B名额很有很多，H1B名额已经不是限制了。不知道recruiter知不知道这个情况，如

With H1B, you lost the option to find consultant job.
I do not think that H1B holder has any advantage of hunting a job.

You need to take full use of your EAD. If your EAD can be renewed for more
than one year, dont waste it.
H1b has more limitations than EAD.
most important, H1b is only valid for 6 years.

That is true.
Use your OPT EAD to work for 29 months and gather enough experience, then
go to a good company and find mid-senior level job.

once you have H1b, you lose your freedom.
You will have the feeling of being a slave.
I have all the experience and I want to you live a better way.
My suggestion is:
Dont give up EAD.
As long as you can extend it, just hold EAD.

谢谢回复! 我也希望能尽量用EAD，不够要先有个工作才行，现在就是找不到工作。感
觉很多公司都不喜欢OPT的人。我就不明白 OPT和H1B现在也没太多区别了啊，毕竟H1B
名额用不完，随时申请都可以啊

many companies will not sponsor H1b or its transfer. It is GC holders or
citizens that are being looked for.
