BTW, my exchanged guitar just arrived yesterday.
they claim that it's a new one, but apparently it's not.
I can even see scratches on the face.
more importantly, it still buzzes (with the neck having a
fairly big bow, not dead flat like the last one.)
I guess I should never try to fix it when I got my first one.
It has the least amount of buzzing anyway.
