I am trying to prepare myself for a vaginal birth, either with/without
epidural, as long as there is no medical reason for a C-section.
I searched on line and find some tips,
1. Prenatal exercise
Walking, Prenatal Yoga, Swimming
2. Stay at home longer and walk around when contraction starts
at least till 5-11
3. Request epidural as late as possible. surely it could be too late after 7
cm dilation.
4. Kegel exercise
5. Avoid induction unless it is medically necessary.
