标题: is it still possible to transfer selected H1B before Oct 1st?

i am looking for a new job, my current employer is filing my h1b for next
fiscal year.
if i was selected, would it be possible to transfer this quota to my new
employer?
a lot of rumors around, can any one give me an idea? Thanks a lot

昨天晚上刚上床，我从平躺想滚成右侧卧。
忽然就觉得肚脐右侧有一块特别疼，好像是宝宝顶到我了。赶紧向左侧滚，大概过了大
半分钟好了，之后也没有再疼。今天还是能感到宝宝在那里动，没有再不舒服，和以前
一样。
这种情况姐妹们遇到过吗？也不知道用不用打电话汇报给OB/G
