policy上写的是 you will be taxed on the STD premium which will allow you to
receive the STD benefit tax free.
我问了人事她也不大明白，公司给交premium, 我听说STD的钱是不用交税的，是不是这
样？
如果休产假，STD的是不是应该可以根据真正生的时间调整开始日期，一般什么时候开
始休好？

我不清楚STD要不要缴税，但是我STD阶段的工资公司没有withhold federal tax倒是真
的
