uber每年的revenue算法：
对于carpool service：entire amount of UberPool fare is counted as revenue.
对于非carpool service：only include portion Uber takes from fares
投资人已经开始对这种算法提出质疑，有uber内部的同学说说为啥这样算revenue吗？

rider fare and driver payout are not coupled in UberPool trips, this is
required by accounting sec regs.
