才第一天，已经感觉奶量比原来休产假时候少了一点。本来四个小时能泵出将近八个盎
司，现在只有六个盎司了。
其实已经尽可能注意补充水分了，还特意买了一大桶装的牛奶放在公司冰箱里。估计奶
量下降的主演原因是工作比较忙累加上精神上比较紧张，不象在家时候心情放松。
打算再观察几天，不行就要再开始喝那个mother'smilk tea了。

6 oz in 4hrs is still a lot. How much can your baby eat now?
But my production dropped a bit after I first returned work but after a week
or so, it went back up. And I tried to drink a lot of fluid(soup, water,
milk).

he is almost 3months and drinks about 30 oz of milk every day so currently
my milk supply is still OK.
i guess drinking a lot of fluids is very important (and having good rest too
!)

I only drink soup at dinner, at work, I bring a one-gallon size fat-free

The same here. Only have soup at dinner.
I bring milk to work sometimes and forget about it most of the time but try
to drink 5-7 cups of water and selfmade fruit juice everyday.
