We already sent our son to daycare, he seems enjoying daycare.So I dont
really want to pull him out from daycare. Bcs things go well with daycare.
but he is a very poor sleeper in the night, which made me so tired.(I
am carrying second baby now) I was wondering if I can find someone stay in
our house, cook dinner for us and takes care of my son for the night and
weekends? Is that impossible? I dont know how much I should pay ? and i dont
know if someone wants to do this kind of job? any idea? Otherwise, I dont think I can continue my job with waking up 3 times in the night. I am exausted.
