I have the same problem. My blood sugar is also low. My ob told me to eat a
little bit more salt and protein.

What was your blood pressure before pregnancy? My blood pressure is always
50/90. My OB said it is quite normal. Many Asian women have low blood
pressure. It is ok as long as you don't feel uncomfortable.

it is same 50-80... but now is very uncomfortable...... very weak..
