我的刚收到，11月28号下的单
我怎么感觉是有人用过退的啊？主要是有个部件已经assemble好了（DVD里则没有），
还有那个massage
的软垫上有一团花花的好像是奶垢一样的东西。大家收到的是什么样子的？现在也拿不
准退不退，唉，宝宝已经出生了，急着用的说。。。
大家买奶泵用之前都会sterilize吗？Medela的是不用的(医院的lactation consultant
说的）

MM是不是在factoryoutletstore定的？我也买了，收到了，发现少了一个垫圈。打
customer service态度极差，说如果想换，要我自己出邮费寄回去，说是条款里写清楚
的！后来我只能在Amazon上重新买了垫圈。
感觉是别人的退货，他们重新包装一下，再卖出来的，太差了！我发誓以后再也不在那
个网站上买东西了！

同意，它家的customer service确实让人很无语

嗯。I actually called the CS today and they said that they can take it back
and send me a new one, or give me credit back--will have to confirm with the
manager tomorrow though. However I couldn't wait and went ahead to use it--
it's amazing! Much better than the Medela I rent from the hospital. It could
be possible that I am not using the Medela in the right way, but I really
really like this pump! Highly recommend it!!!
