nap time and schedule. after four days, she sleep though the night.The book
was recommended by several friends. it really worked in all of the cases i
know.
from what you descrip, i would like to recommend the following:
1。Baby白天的nap质量直接影响晚上的睡眠质量。如果白天的nap睡的不好。晚上就会
累,反倒会常醒。
2。9个月后,孩子不再需要夜奶 。特别如果他喝奶后还不立刻睡回去,就说明他还缺
乏smooth自己的能力。
3。其实他白天只有2个nap,一个around 9am ,一个around 1pm。那就要把他睡觉的时
间提早到6:30pm. one frind of mine had her baby sleep though the night at 3
months. but after 9 months of age, she no longer sleep though. finally, we
realize is because her third nap starts to dissapear after 9 months, So she
should go to bed earlier. They moved the schedule earlier, she slept though
the night in 3 days.
4.if the nap less than 30 mins, don't pick her/he up. sometimes, they may
fuss for 5-15 mins and sleep again. for nap. ideally should be more than 1
hours.
5.我在baby的crib里边放了2个pacifer.她现在知道自己抓起来,放嘴里。因为她发现
哭没用后,就自己想办法了。她现在晚上醒了后,就自己又睡回去。
