No fever, no ibuprophen. keep breastfeeding, make sure he has enough milk.
My baby had the same thing when he was 2.5 months old (my bigger boy gave to
the baby).
before 6 months old, baby will get 免疫力from birth and from your milk. So
keep breastfeeding, and the magic medicine is in your milk.
two months old baby, can have infant ibuprophen 0.8ml, that is the amount
PED suggest when he had the shots in two months old.
