如题。昨天去rite aid买了一瓶感冒和咳嗽的糖浆，吃了效果不明显。体温由38.2升到

I think Thyleno should be appropriate. In regarding to what amount to give,
I am not sure, your doctor should of provide you the right amount on each
visit, because it varies depending on the size of the baby. Also try to
apply ice pack with towel, or those one time use cooling gel, both will help
reduce the fever. My son is having fever too, hope they all gets well soon.

2岁以下小孩最好不要吃感冒咳嗽糖浆。其中几种成分，比如止咳，通鼻塞，
都是副作用比较大的。我一般烧到102度以上给吃tyleno，然后带去看医生。
医生会检查有无中耳炎，肺炎，strep throat等细菌感染。如果是细菌，
医生会开抗生素。
