我现在吃prenatal Vitamin,里面含有180毫克的钙,一杯牛奶含钙300毫克,一颗钙片
(我吃的是CitraCal)315毫克钙, 蔬菜里估计能有100-200毫克钙。本来差也差不多
了。可是因为prenatal Vitamin不能和钙片一起吃,(身体每次吸收不了太多的钙,建
议分开吃。)所以老忘记吃钙片。
医生说多吃点奶制品。可我不爱吃cheese,怎么办呢?
