下体撕裂还没好透.医生用鸭嘴钳的时候感觉下面又被撕开了一般.平时站久了就胀痛.
医生说还要several weeks才好.叫我泡PP.加seasalt.这个seasalt是不是就是bathsalt
?还是我听错了?

超市有卖seatsalt.比较纯。不建议用bathsalt，里面往往有其他物质，比如mineral,
fragrance...

当初医生说只是一点点一点点.我也就没问了.可能是第一周没休息好,带黄疸宝宝去医
院,医院里面来来回回都是自己挪没有叫wheelchair.问有没有infected,说没有.
你都好完全啦?

没有呢！前几天去检查，ob说有一点息肉，但是不要紧，过段时间就好了。她内检的时
候到没有不舒服，没用鸭嘴钳。但是我洗澡的时候感觉还没好彻底。不知道还要多久才
能好

如果我换这种情况，估计会让宝爸跟外婆带宝宝去检查，自己不去了。问了儿医，说父
母一个去就可以。俺娘是医生，估计她去比我去强。

sitz bath昨天到的,本来用来治痔疮的,不想派上用场了.

Yes, use the sitz bath at least once a day.
I'm surprised that your doctor/nurses didn't tell you to use the sitz bath
before releasing you from the hospital. The nurse gave me one to take home.
