宝宝睡觉白天45分钟-1小时准醒，晚上睡觉连续不超过3小时。所以下狠心打算训练一
下，宝宝一般含奶嘴比较容易平静下来也比较容易入睡，请问训练的时候可不可以用奶
嘴辅助一下呢？JMM有这方面的建议吗？

我们家吃着奶嘴才能入睡..半夜哼哼也要赶快塞给她..真不知道以后怎么戒..
能不用就不用吧..不过奶嘴真的可以让宝宝clam down..

最好不要，不然半夜醒了还要找奶嘴，找不到了要大哭。上了瘾很麻烦的。
我家宝以前就是个奶嘴控，为了防止他夜里找不到奶嘴，给他床上放了好几个，但是放
了几个他记得清清楚楚，醒了以后一定要找到所有的奶嘴，少一个都不行，每一个都要
利用上了。比如给他两个，他会拿一个含嘴里一会，吐到左手，再转头含住右手上的那
个，再吐回去换左手那个，如此轮番。更甚者，两个奶嘴在左右手和嘴之间轮转,象耍
马戏一样，半夜就听到啪啦啦，啪啦啦的换奶嘴声和吸吮声，热闹非凡。
最后反反复复戒了好几个星期，每天哭上一个多小时才戒掉。
