肯定的如果被查到肯定是驱逐出境的,当然很少被查到.

按 amazon 的算法，一万多的 deposit，应该有 2 万的 gross sales。
等着年底收 1099 吧

i've done some research on this,looks like we don't need to file 1099, just
need to include the income from Amazon as non-wage income on form 1040NR...
"If you were a nonresident alien student, teacher, or trainee who was
temporarily present in the United States on an "F,""J,""M," or "Q" visa, you
are considered engaged in a trade or business in the United States. You
must file Form 1040NR "

However, i found another article saying
"All non-wage U.S.-source income payments to nonresident aliens are subject
to withholding at a 30% rate unless an exception applies. "
