如果卖家不是amazon，是其他的seller，该如何退货？
我在mango-online上买了衣服，不合身，要退货，但是找不到amazon常见的那个return
form，写信给mango-online，它回复如下：With reference to your inquiry, All
dispatches include a RETURNS FORM. It's the paperwork that comes inside your
package.
However, in the absence of a return form, please use the Amazon receipt you
received in your email and reference the item you wanted to exchange/
returned. All the pertinent information like the Amazon Order ID and
reference number of the garment are already indicated on the receipt.
但是我还是不明白如何操作，邮件倒是收到了。问题是我要如何操作，直接将衣服寄回
去给他们？ 但是没有填写网上那个return form的话，我就感觉好像是我单方面不打招
呼就寄东西过去，这样他们怎么知道是我退得东西呢？
关于shipping fee，它回复：Please note that Mango On-line Inc. is not
responsible for return shipping cost and does not accept goods returned C.O.
D. We recommend you to send the items using recorded mail, as we are not
responsible for any items that fail to reach us. With regard to exchanges,
the sending of the new garment to the customer would be free of any
additional charges.
唉，寄来的时候我出了12快多的shipping fee，寄回去还得自己出钱，真是网购没经验
啊。
