暂时不想再生，OB推荐了paraguard，用过的jm来谈谈这个牌子好不好~wiki说副作用是
前几次例假会多会痛，放进去拿出来也很痛（这个wiki上说要局麻）。还有现在临床一

I have it for 5 months now. It was painful when my OB put it in (for about
30sec), and cramping afterworth. I didn't need 局麻, but I took advil.
For the 3 periods I have so far after putting it in, they are much heavier,
but not pain. I am thinking of removing it, but will give it a chance for 2
more months.
My OB told me, it is effective for 10 years.

I have mirena which last for 5 years. No pain while putting in but begin to
cramp after 30 min which last for 3 days but bearable. So far for 1 year so
good but just the body weight cannot drop

I saw many similar posts on another English speaking forum. Some even
refereed to it as the most regretful experience. I don't think your case is
that bad but are you only thinking of removing it due to the heavy periods?
What's your alternative contraception method should you decide to remove it?

Paraguard是铜环吧，以前国内都是上的铜环，听说会月经量增大

看了副作用之后我就不敢上了，还是等确定不生了再上吧

I am pregnant with IUD second year,so far, my little one is about 6 months.
My OB told me, just a little chance to get pregnant with IUD, but I hit it.
I do not want to scare you,jut want you know IUD is not 100% safe, of course

Yes, the heavy period and prolonged spotting really bother me. I may just go
back to condoms because I don't like the ideas of preventing conception by
messing up my hormone like other methods do.
You can give it a try, cus every person is different. Good luck.
