娃还没那么大（现就7个星期的样子）， pp12月份走人，想预知下未来，做好点心理准
备，也好坚定不把娃送回国的决心：
打算6个月后送day care,
1. 如果她生病，是不是眼珠子都不能动地看着她？
2. 如果没生病，每天接送day care,晚上需要给她干什么？有经验的妈妈们分享下你们
做了些什么事呢？时间最多地在哪里啊？

You will have a tough winter ahead, 6 months/daycare/winter will bound to
give you a very busy winter. The most likely illness is cold. For each cold
session, prepare for a few nights of few sleep (mom), baby weight drop and
being fussy during the day. Also possible is a couple of days of sick leave
for you so you can stay at home and care for her.
It's hard work, but absolutely doable if your job is not very demanding.

下你们做了些什么事呢？时间最多地在哪里啊？
jar food for baby. After she is done, give her some cheerio to practice
grasping and play with. You can also give her some soft toy and board book
to occupy her for a few minutes. about 30 min
at the same time, cook a simple meal for yourself. It's almost impossible to
cook a regular dinner (2-3 dishes etc) when baby is young and you don't
have the luxury of time. Plan ahead what you will eat for 7 days. Or, you
can cook some meat dishes when baby sleeps so that you only need to heat up
a portion and cook a quick vege dish. about 30-50 min. It might take longer
time because baby needs your attention from time to time. Investing in a few
good toys that is educational and fun to play with so that baby can explore
them while you eat.
play with the baby for 20-40 min depending on babies, read book (with
rhyming words and colorful pictures), blocks, pretend game, or anything that
's funny or goofy.
give baby a bath, warm up a nighttime bottle and send her to sleep, 30 min.
If you get home around 6pm, you probably can finish all of the above by 8:
30pm. It will save you lots of time if baby sleeps on her own so you can
start cleaning up dish/room, wash bottle/cup, and you yourself take a quick
shower. Sometime you will have a couple of dirty clothes from daycare to
take care of. Like I said, during this time, you may want to cook some large
pots of meat dishes for future dinners. 1-1.5 hr
So theoretically by 10:00pm you should have everything done, if the baby
cooperates, that is. You can have about an hour to yourself before you go to
sleep.
If the room is messy, let it be. Allow yourself maximal amount of time to
rest, that's the most important thing when you are the only parent in the
house. Maybe once every week you will do a deep cleaning around the house, i
.e. sweeping the floor, doing laundry, etc
Good luck. It takes a couple of weeks to settle in the feeling of being the
sole caregiver in the house. Plan carefully and stick to it, baby likes
routine, and you will be less likely to go crazy. :)
