今天早上我拿来了饭来喂宝宝，宝宝吃的差不多了，每次吃饭都到处乱跑，没有一
次安顿下来吃饭的，看到一个宝宝吃饭也跟我家孩子一样，特别的感同身受，我家宝宝
每次吃饭就开始捣乱，还把碗里的蔬菜泥拍的到处都是，有时我真的很生气，就对着他
的小手打几下（当然很轻的那种，下手重了我舍不得），他要么就闹的更凶要么就哇哇
的哭了，一顿饭要折腾1个多小时，有时我自己也顾不上吃饭就饿着喂他。真希望他能
快点长大，自己吃饭就好了，看看这个娃吃饭，我真的是很能体会孩子妈的辛苦。

我娃也是边吃边把手放到嘴巴里挖，然后摸得到处都是米糊糊
小人儿可能是好奇，想试探手里抓米糊糊的感觉，可能每个孩子都会经历这个探索、感
知的过程吧

宝宝多大了?
千万不要惯性的force feeding. 如果喂食气氛太凝重最好马上停下来.
- put him in the high chair, perhaps propped up with a couple of pillows
- Have him sit up straight and face you; that way he'll swallow better and
be less likely to choke.
- Sit directly in front of him.
- Use a small, shallow-bowled, long-handled baby spoon.
- Hold the spoonful of food so he can see it - about 12 inches away from his
mouth
- Wait for him to pay attention before you try to feed it to him.
- At first, put some on his lips
- Offer another spoonful, and do what he tells you.
- Put food in his mouth only if he opens up.
- Feed as slowly or as fast as he wants to eat, but wait for him to show you
he's ready before you offer the next spoonful.
- Let him touch his food when he wants to. This gets messy, but that's okay.
- Talk to him and keep him company, but don't be exciting or entertaining.
- Stop feeding as soon as he shows you he's done.
