在ebillme.com上买amazon的gift card 有10%cash back. 不过好像在amazon的订单，
一个最多只能有10刀的cash back. 也就是说，如果我想买个400刀的东西。就算我有
400刀的gift card,我也只能有10刀的cash back. 用过的jms能不能告诉我，是这样吗？
amazon的gift card还有什么其他的deal吗？

I used it recently and they changed their policy. Only the new customers got
the 10% cash back; otherwise 1%. Never try $400 before. You may want to
chat with their customer representative to make sure.
