变天，天冷。
孩子不喜欢盖被子。每次晚上醒来，都是蹬的精光。
穿厚睡衣，孩子也闹腾，弄不好出汗多，又着凉感冒。
各位父母有什么招数？我儿子15个月了。

多大的娃啊，大一点的穿睡衣，可以考虑连体的那种，不过不要太厚，娃火力旺着呢。
小娃就用睡袋好了，但是也别太厚，不是都有暖气的么。

买个电暖气最简单，不用半夜总起来摸啊盖啊的。

I am having headache because of this too. Last year, my baby slept pretty
well in sleepbag. But after one year, she (18-month old) does not like it
anymore and tried to get out of it even after she falls asleep.

Yes. Last year when my son was six months, because he couldn't stand and sit
, he slept very well. But this year, especially this Fall, he cannot sleep
well due to the wierd climate.
