To Whom It May Concern,
We are respectfully requesting the extension of stay for xxx’s father, yyy,
and mother, zzz. We would like to have xxx’s parents with us to celebrate
Christmas as well as the Chinese New Year. We are also planning for a trip
with xxx’s parents to the east coast in the spring of 2012. Additionally,
we are in the process of looking to purchase a house and would like to have
xxx’s parents present to provide us with their input in our selection
process. yyy and zzz’s presence has meant a lot to us over the past few
months and we would greatly appreciate them to be with us this coming winter
and spring. The expense of their stay will be fully covered by xxx and xxx.
yyy and zzz are both retired individuals with no employment obligations in
China.
In order to fulfill our request for the extension, we are enclosing the
following documents:
•Original I-94 forms for yyy and zzz
•xxx and xxx’s employment verification letters with salary
information
•xxx and xxx’s net worth summaries from Bank of America online
banking
•Photocopies of yyy and zzz’s passport and Visa
•Copy of return flight tickets
Any assistance you can provide us in granting an extension of stay for xxx’
s parents would be most appreciated.
Sincerely,
xxx (daughter of yyy and zzz)
xxx (son-in-law of yyy and zzz)
