求救！ Amazon Evil buyer return with a different and bad headphone.
I shipped a brand new unit. (~$100) The evil buyer filed A-Z return and
sent back a bad and used headphone.
I have all the proof including photos and video.
But stupid Amazon support now ask me to issue partial refund.
Where I can appeal?
Any suggestion will be appreciated!
