(sorry, cannot type Chinese with my work computer)
To all the moms out there, my son hates baby food (all sorts of purees) but
loves everything we eat. I'm worried that he's not eating enough solids (he
's 7 and a half months old). I'm thinking about making him some chicken
soup. I saw from another post that we're not supposed to add salt to baby
food before he/she turns 1 year old. How can I make the food tastier
without add any condiments? I will try adding carrots and celery for flavor
but it may still taste bland. Any kind of advice will be greatly
appreciated.
Thanks so much!

Have you tried to offer steamed carrots, pumpkin, sweet potato etc.? They
are fresh and taste sweet. Yes you’d better not to add salt till the baby
is close to one.

对于小baby来说,味蕾还没有尝试各种味道,只要不是baby food,不加盐也是美味了

Thank you all! I'm going to try steaming some veggies and fruits.
