recommendation on double stroller# NextGeneration - 我爱宝宝

Am looking for a double stroller and found three options look nice -
1.BOB Revolution SE Duallie Stroller

3.Contours Options Tandem Stroller, Ruby

Option1 & 2 could hold baby up to 50lb and Option 3 just 40lb.
About the room, seems that Option 2 might be a little crowded if putting two
babies in - one of the picture showed a baby girl and a dog sitting in the
stroller and the baby girl occupied a little bit over half of the seat.
We are tending to buy option 1 but never heard about that brand - it's 4.5
star in Amazon's review though, so any comments on that brand? Is it a good
one? Also, if you have used or are using some good double stroller, could
you share with us? Thanks a lot :)
We have a baby jogger city mini single stroller - however, after using that
half year, we found that the front wheel would easily get locked by itself,
which gave us lots of trouble while in travel (our baby was just around 30
lbs then, way below the maximum allowed weight - 50 lbs). Anyone has same
experience? Mine is a 2010 model. Thanks :)
