着要他们离婚。他老公也是个窝囊废。这都是题外话了。
现在我表妹就担心离婚后以后不好再找下家，而且生孩子的问题也很困扰她。

(1)the first pregnancy
I discovered myself being a hep b carrier during the screening test for
marriage registration in china. It was a very difficult time for me. Thanks
to my hubby support, I eventually decided to have the wedding . Back that
time, I was told there was no good med to deal with this virus. My hubby
told me simply forget myself being abnormal and move on. That is what I did
and how I got preganant with my daughter in USA. When I visited my ob at
the first time, I told him that I am a hep b carrier. He simply did nothing
and said it was very common virus for Asian people. He did do some screening
test to ensure that my liver function well. My daughter got hep b immune
shot right away after birth. I even breast feed her ( the ped recommended
it and said it was fine for baby because of the shot she got after birth) .
So there was nothing special happended at this pregnancy. My daughter is
almost preteen now. She is a very healthy and smart kid. But she did not
developed hep b immune although she did not get the virus either.

visit a specialist. The specialist prescribed a new medicine called viread
to me and routine ultrasound test. My Hep b virus in blod went to non
detectable level half year after being on medicine. With the hope of
developing immune, I was being on this med for almost 3 years withou any
luck. One day, I told the specialist that I wanted quit the med since I want
to have another baby. Unfortunately, he told me I had better continue the
med. otherwise, there is good chance of outbreak of the virus after the stop
of the med. I felt I was hooked. After researching on the Internet, I
decided to follow the specialist suggestion.

2nd pregnancy-2nd part
Both my hubby and I debated long time to decide whether to have a second
baby. In the meantime, I visited my current ob 2 times for consultation on
the risk of having a baby while taking viread everyday. Viread is considered
as category 2 medicine. Category 1 is proved to be safe clinically, while
category 2 is considered to be safe based on lab test on animal but lack of
evidence ciinicallly. The ob suggested me to get preganant while taking the
medicine. He think it is fine and the risk of having birth defect is same
level as that without taking med. after half year debating, I was ready to
take the risk mentally. When I told ob I was preganant, he ensured me that
he would take good care of me. What he did was putting me intom high risk
level list. Hence I had many ultrasound visits and office visit. It was a
very anxious pregnancy exprerience during the first 20 weeks. After the
milestone if 20 weeks, I was very relaxed since there is nothing I can do. I
cried badly when my ob handed my second baby to me right after birth. He is
a very precious gift. I told him: let's have a wonderful time together with
the family as many others do.

gather the cases of preganant mother with daily dose of viread and performed
statistic analysis on the birth defect rates comparing with normal
pregnancy. They updated result every year. So far, The number of gathered
cases are relatively small but the birth defect rate is similar level as
normal pregnancy. My ob even suggest breast feed. But the specialist suggest
not to do since there will be small trace of med in the milk. I followed
the specialist suggestion. My second baby turns out a healthy and strong
baby.

我有一个大学同学就有乙肝，而且已经转成很严重的那种，只能通过血液才能传染，那
时我们住一个宿舍，不过大家谁都不怕。后来她也结婚了，还生了一个很可爱的女孩，
不过听她说，她怀孕的时候医生就告诉她，她的女儿生下来不能吃妈妈的奶，不然也会
被传染上。现在她女儿3岁了，很健康。

赞这个妈妈。官方的说法是母乳会传染给孩子，虽然孩子一生下开就打了疫苗，但是不
是说疫苗打了之后就立刻有抗体，而即使有抗体，到底能抵挡多少病毒的攻击，这都还
没有证据去说明。不得不说你的医生真的很大胆。
