yea, PHR is a common one.
Are you already an HR or looking for HR jobs?
Being an HR almost for my entire career (so far), I don't think that
certificate really matters. I see very few people around me actually hold it
. When we hire people, i don't think it weighs more than the experience, the
communication, and work attitude.
I suggest you find a HR job first and start gather exprience, most people
around me will work to the middle management level and go on to take an MBA
with concentration on HR. I think that's much more useful for future career
development.
