sorry, can't type chinese here.
I am 36 years old, and my period is always various from 32-60 days.
My 16 weeks test result is at the following.
Looks like the Down syndrome risk is normal less than 270 but not very low,
Age down syndrome risk is high.
standard

Age Risk Down Syndrome 1:232
MSS Down Syndrome Risk 1:307 <1:270

Calc'd Gestational Age 16.7

Should I worry about the reuslt, should I do more tests?

不管比例是多少，摊到自己头上就是倒霉。按你的年龄，其实可以做羊水穿刺了。

I was 36 too when I was pregnant with my first and only baby. I didn't pass
my 16 weeks test, the ratio was very high 1:11. My OB got panic. I remember
he called me at night around 8:30, almost screaming that he never saw such a
high ratio. Maybe because both of us have statistics background, my husband
and I didn't have strong reaction. We told my doctor that's just a linear
regression result based on some empirical formula, at most it can say there
is 10% chance the baby was not doing so good. But on the other hand, 90%
will be OK. We scheduled Amonio test right away, everything turned out to be
OK.
Keep in mind 16 weeks test is just a statistical result. It is just a
probability: high ratio doesn't necessarily mean your baby is in danger;
vice versa, low ratio doesn't guarantee everything is fine. IF you have
doubt, I will suggest you have an Amonio test, which is accurate, fast and
safe. Actually it is required for all woman in England. The result can
immediately free you from unneccessary anxiety, and you will know you should
buy pink or blue right away.

你要是不放心，就穿一下吧
我的ob的意思说，到了35岁以后，唐筛的结果意义不大，无论高低都不能说明有没有问
题。
所以他建议我直接穿刺。作为一个特别爱担心的人，为了获得准确结果，就同意了。
