早先贴的我们公司的training scientist已经fill了,在欧洲招的人,sorry guys. 不
过我们又开了一个 NGS Specialist, someone who has hands on experience with
NGS analysis and data interpretation.专业对口的宝妈可以联系我。

上星期被一个猎头联系了,说是一个Oracle LifeScience unit Clinical trial
software sales opening, 猎头说在上LinkedIn看到我的profile,非常适合,把我说
的轻飘飘的。结果过了两天给我说,hiring manager觉得我年资不过,TNND, 我年资
多少你不是早就知道啊,逗我玩呢?!哎,得之我幸,失之我命,贡献出来给有能力的
姐妹吧

Senior Marketing Manager
Specific responsibilities include:
Strategic development of campaigns, including audiences, messaging, offers,
reach vehicles, frequency, campaign timing and flow, A/B testing, and
forecasted metrics Campaign execution, including:
Message development and execution
Setting up, testing and launching campaigns through list brokers, media
partners, etc
Creative development (creative wireframes & copywriting) of emails,
banners, landing pages, etc
Coordination with design resources to produce the campaign artwork
Generating clickstats for link tracking
Developing and managing the demand generation campaign calendar
Interfacing cross functionally to manage or gain approval on copy and
offers
Developing new or leveraging existing content (copy and offers)
Reporting on campaign metrics / results and closed-loop management of
campaigns
Providing campaign insights, feedback and best practices
Qualifications:
4-6 years’ combined B to B marketing communications and demand
generation experience in life sciences or high tech software (must have)
Strong project management and prioritization skills
Experience with Salesforce.com is helpful
Experience with Marketo (ideal)
Experience with social media as a marketing tool (Facebook, twitter,
blogs, target audience related community sites)
Requires solid writing, content development and editing skills – ideal
candidate has experience messaging to and reaching the academic life
sciences audience
Ability to be flexible and creative, and work smart in a fast-paced,
high-growth environment
Must be experienced with researching and procuring target audience lists
Requires both strategic development and hands-on tactical execution
expertise
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
BA/BS in marketing, communications, general business or similar

非常,非常好的presentation skills, 你来面试的时候八成是会让你做个
presentation的,还有非常好的people skills.符合条件的fresh grad也可以.同样的
,如果你觉得符合的话,可以把简历隐去个人信息再发给我,我可以递给给我们HR。
和大家分享一点经验。从JM给我写的信中我有一些感想,大家通常都是很简短地说"我
有兴趣,多点信息?"。换位思考一下,如果你是hiring manager,你会
enthusiastically reply to such requests吗? 我的建议是,在信中除了说你对什么
职位感兴趣以外,更应该简练但全面的介绍你自己,that is list your strength.还
有很重要的,你的身份情况。
还有一些JM是反过来,说了自己的情况,却不说自己想找什么工作。如果你都不知道自
己想做什么,让别人怎么帮你呢?同时给别人的印象是,你不太清楚自己的定位。要避
免。
还是需要更多JM贡献job opening信息啊!
