I just did some research and bought one, so far I think it helps. If you
really don't like sleeping on your side pre-pregnancy, like myself, I think
it will help more. I did feel that holding something on the side is a
little easier for me to keep in that position and make me feel a little more
comfortable. The pillow doesn't really provide much support for the belly
as it was a bit too thick to sit under the belly but I still felt some
support to an extent... at least I felt my belly is blocked and pushed by
something instead of hanging over on the side...
