我想是一样的.花旗参一定要买威斯康星州产的.
据说唐人街卖的没有一根是正宗的花期参,要不是白参假冒,好点的也是加拿大的而已.
我们是跟农场买. 味道比唐人街的好太多了,我们朋友送给我们的唐人街买的,还说要将
近300刀一磅的精品, 估计就是加拿大参.
不过mm你搞清楚为什么要吃,头晕吃有帮助么. 我们是当保健汤喝的, 年年买十几磅.没
有觉得啥功效,就是个习惯. 我妈说这是清补,但是我有些朋友说吃了会上火.我自己感

在许氏的网站上买过。是家里老人家让买的。自我感觉还比较靠铺。

比较好的是加拿大的大山行， 自己的农场自己产的， 质量非常有保证。 在加拿大有
很多店， 可以查一下打电话问问， 店里愿不愿意帮忙邮寄到美国。

加拿大参跟美国的是不一样的. 真的.那种有效成分不一样,美国参最高

农场的话可以参考这两家
一个是Schumacher's Wisconsin Ginseng
这家近两年涨价不少. 就这几个月,有个item涨价了10刀.他们说因为前几年大雪把参都
冻死了.所以产量低.他们家多是3-4年的参,5年的不多见.但是他们处理参的方法跟别的
大部分农场不一样,有个cooling的过程,极大地保存了参的味道.
还有一家Imberger,价格稍微低一点.也是真参. 味道跟上家一样,但是确实煮起来香气
飘得没有那么厉害.他们有很大的5年产的比手指头粗的参. 最近涨价了几刀一磅. 对了
,他们家包装极其简单,就是那种密封塑料袋.而且一买都是一磅以上.
这两家是我买的比较多的,从威斯康辛州农场管理什么list上都可以查到.应该是真的.
我们还有朋友在唐人街做参茸批发的,给好多大酒店送这些原材料.他们帮我买的说很好
的参都没有我自己从这两个农场买的好.

煲汤,加山药干跟枸杞.我妈有时候放桂圆一起 (不过要注意,有些人吃这个是热的)
我妈是个煲汤expert,她煲的跟我的,材料一样,味道也不一样......好太多.呵呵
