现在27周了，看了一下医院prenatal class的介绍，才发现原来都是要收钱的啊（除了
医院的tour）。大家能不能评价一下哪些课程值得去呢？有如下课程：
ABCs of Going Home With Your Baby ($75)
Breastfeeding Your Baby ($35)
Calm Birth ($60 – fee includes “Calm Birth” CD)
Epidurals, C-Sections and More ($45)
Techniques and Teamwork for Labor and Birth ($45)
Your Baby's Birth ($45)
Happiest Baby on the Block ($60 – cost includes the “The Happiest Baby on
the Block” DVD and a soothing sounds CD)
Mindful Pregnancy and Birth ($125)
Prepared Childbirth: Instruction for Labor and Birth ($99 weekdays; $120

我好像见人说过在网上看看类似的video效果也差不多，有没有好的video推荐？
