基本情况是，现在的保险不太好。另一个好的保险2月中旬生效.
本来预约了2月1日第一次做B超和看OB。到时是10w5d。
看了下精华，11周到12周做Nuchal translucency screening/first trimester
combined screening.这个是B超看颈部厚度吧？
那我10周多的时候是不是做B超也白做啊？看不了。然后会不会再约我12周的时候再去
查？
如果错过了能补救吗？
还有一些精华区列的First trimester tests:
Routine urine test
Routine blood tests
Rh factor test
Hepatitis B screening HBV)
Chorionic villus sampling (CVS)
我可不可以晚点做？否则现在的保险肯定都是自己付钱了。

你要晚点做当然可以，反正如果你还是打算要做NT screening的话，不要晚于规定的12
周就是了。而且这些检查也不是强制的。
一般第一次见ob，他们是会做个b超的，那个就是看看有没有胎心，估计一下确切的怀
孕时间。可能也要排除一下宫外孕什么的吧。如果你自己不担心，也没有什么不舒服，
大概合并到下一次也无所谓吧。反正我是急性子，6周半就做b超了。所有检查恨不得都
做。

of course you can see ob first time after Feb.
but please note, you may do Nuchal translucency screening in different
clinic which require your ob refer and make another appt. which is not easy
to make.
the latest day you can do Nuchal translucency screening/first trimester
combined screening is 13w6d.
so see ob on Feb.1. and she will tell you what to do.

谢谢，很详细。
确定下，这个Nuchal translucency screening/first trimester是用B超check的是吧。
那天预约，护士就约了中午做B超，下午见OB。也没说这个B超是不是NT screening。不
过没见OB前，猜这个应该不是吧。
NT是第一次唐氏筛选？有人知道大概价格吗？如果13w6d应该不会错过。万一错过了，
有其他方法查吗？验血是不是也有个比例的？
