请问以前有个代办，谁知道电话么？
如果去华盛顿办，是这个地址么：
Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the United States of America
3505 International Place, N.W.
Washington, D.C. 20008 U.S.A.
因为孩他爸在中国，咋办呢？需要办公证，再给我邮到美国么？好麻烦呀？

你在哪里？看看当地报纸广告，一般旅行社都有代办的。

现在旅行证不能代办吧，孩子需要到场。

只能代取。办理需要自己去。
