I just found out that my babysitter let my child watch cartoon during the
day.
I understand that it is difficult to pass those 8-9 hours without going out
in bad weather.
But what should I do?
Just converted from daycare to babysitter, since she gets sick a lot.
Any ideas?

我觉得你可以提要求的。不看电视完全可以做到。
雇她不就是看小孩的么？

the main issue is:
she asked for our wireless password saying to play toddler music for her.
and she said by herself she won't give her any cartoons,
will just use it to check emails when she's napping.
she naps for 2 hours.
she's given her 2-hr cartoon.

2小时？？？
那真的真的太夸张了。我假定你家小孩还没上K。
我记得2岁体检，我们儿医说一天可以看个15分钟---在家一直都不看的，只是到了朋友
家玩会看。所以现在一天看一集巧虎(一天到晚都惦记着妈妈下班后可以看一会），大
概20多分钟，我都很负疚。
