小孩用美国护照+中国旅行证回国，有那个6个月之内护照不能过期的要求吗？
比如美国护照今年10月初过期，我们要4月底回中国，5月底回美国。航空公司和中国海

Department of State 的网站是这么写的。不知道中国有没有要求必须要6个月。好像
美国对中国护照是有这个要求的。
Some countries require that your passport be valid at least six (6) months
beyond the dates of your trip. Some airlines will not allow you to board if
this requirement is not met.

在北京当局看来，这个孩子是中国公民，不具有美国国籍。
只要成功抵达中国内地的口岸并且经核实具有中国国籍，不合资格取得港澳台旅行证件
的中国公民必定能进入中国内地。这位旅客是否持有有效的《中国护照》或《中国旅行
证》并不重要。
