这个SDI PFL的计算是和你去年同期工资走的，如果去年这时候没工作应该是没有的，
不过申申呗，nothing to lose。

好象是和过去１８个月工资挂钩。找最高的一个QUARTER。你应该可以拿一些。

如果申请的话就要从claim那天开始不能上班了吧，
我在想如果我不可以申请，就上到生的那一天。。。。

帮你看了下，的确可能是没有的，根据这个“Base Period”的算法。。你根据你准备
请假的具体时段看看，在Base Period有工资就行。

我看了base period 的说明。发现如果从7月1号开始claim应该可以吧
因为7月开始claim的话 base period是从2012年4月1日到2013年3月31日。
“July, August, or September, the base period is the 12 months ending last
March 31.”
我的情况是1月开始工作，所以Wages in the High Quarter 应该是2013年1-3月。
这样应该就可以了吧~~
不过我的预产期是6月中，SDI的6周是due date后6周，还是生之后6周呢？

有的公司好像规定过去一年工作了#of hours，才合资格休产假。

sdi的requirment 是You must have earned at least $300 from which State
Disability Insurance (SDI) deductions were withheld during a previous period.
所以你应该是可以申请，不过因为没有做够一年，公司给不给保留工作还是要查公司的
规章。

生之后6周。你不用考虑从7／1 claim，就从你不上班那一天开始，EDD要从７／１给你
钱是他们的事，说不定你自己算错，算少了呢。。

关键就是这个base period的问题。只有7月claim我的base period才能包括2013年第一
季度。。。偶才有收入。
之前都没有。。

我理解的是如果我从6月就claim，base period就截止到2012年12月31日。我就不符合
了。
如果从7月1日claim，base period截止到2013年3月31日，我就符合了。
