Today I have some light infection. Can I drink cranberry juice to fight
against it?I am in 17 weeks now. Is it necessary or safe to take antibiotics
? Last time I had infection and recovered without antibiotics when not
pregnant. But I am worried because of the baby now. Thanks.

Being pregnant makes you mildly immuno-compromised, you no longer has the
same ability to fight off the infection as before. As a result there is a
small chance of infection going to your kidneys, and that is really serious
condition. I suggest you to see your doctor to make sure you have infection,
and there are antibiotics safe for pregnancy.
