I just entered 3rd trimester and started to have bad constipation. I used

软便的药，一般超市都有卖的。
主要还是多喝水，吃水果蔬菜。孕晚期胎儿大了顶胃，每次要少吃，吃点容易消化的。

举手！30周了，还是在孕吐，准确说是有所缓和的孕吐又严重起来了。还加上便秘，天
