Maternity leave is paid by company insurance's short disability leave if it is included in your company insurance. Normally, the insurance company paid 6 weeks for natural delivery and 8 weeks for c- session. After that you can take Family Bonding leave (FMLA) and state FMLA leave. It is unpaid, but it secures your job. You can use your personal vacation leave or your company's new parenting leave to get some paid during the leave.
