前几天姨妈的时候左右小腹分别都隐痛隐痛的，所以姨妈完的第三天做了B超：结果如
下the uterus is not enlarged measuring 6.7*3*5cm.
Uterine echotexture is homogeneous; there are no uterine masses. the
endometrial strip measures 0.5cm which is normal. There is a mild amount of
fluid within the endometrial canal, likely physiologic.
The left ovary measures 2.9*1.8*1.8 cm containing a few small follicles. The
right ovary measure 3.6*2.6*2.1 cm, containing a few small follicles. There
is no free fluid in the cul-de-sac.
likely physiologic是什么意思呀，查了字典是生理学的，这里表示什么意思呢。
containing a few small follicles这个正常么要紧么。
之前在国内和这边都做过这个检查，国内那次数据记不得，但医生说子宫内膜比较厚，
1.7cm，所以内心对这个问题一直都是害怕纠结。之后再美国查那次子宫的大小是8.31*

thickness of 1.1cm，结论是the endometrium appeared thickened,but consistent
with the late follicular phase of the menstrual cycle.
另外， 美国那次ovary结果是left ovary appeared normal and measured 3.1*3*2.

会变化的吗，感觉变化很大的样子。 而且上次木有containing a few small
follicles。
