C-section之后八天，发觉呼吸剧痛，无法呼吸。打了911送到急救室,检查出来是blood
clot in the lung after C-section。在网上搜查了下blood clot是C-section可能引
起的一个并发症。这是我们家LD第二次C-section。第一次是顺转剖，没有并发症。
我查了下可能引发的blood clot的原因，
Blood clots are more common in the following situations:
1.The mother is overweight.
2.The operation was long or complicated.
3.The mother has had a long period of bed rest after the operation.
1,3都可以排除。2，没有概念。从外部伤口来看的话，目前还好。不过在网上没查到太
多有用信息，所以不知道目前这个肺部血栓是医生的医疗事故吗还是有些人容易发生这
个？谢谢

no, I don't think it's a 医疗事故. it's happens quite often after surgery
and also prenant or postpartum women are in hypercoagulable state.

In general no. It is not an uncommon complication during and right after
pregnancy. Pregnancy is a risk factor for blood clot even without 1, 2, and
3.
